Clarification of Filing Fee

Good Evening List Mates: I'm not sure if this is just a combination of a long day and way too many cups of coffee, but could someone help me with clarifying the current filing fees for Form I-539. A few weeks ago, when I read through the instructions and checked the calculation using the fee calculator on the USCIS website it put the filing fee as $370.00 and $85.00 (Biometric fee) but when I just read the instructions for the current version of the form it says in part: “The filing fee for Form I-539 is $370, except for certain A and G nonimmigrants who are not required to pay a fee, as noted in these Instructions. An additional biometrics services fee of $85 is required when filing this Form I-539 for V nonimmigrant or for certain applicants in the CNMI applying for a grant of nonimmigrant status. After you submit Form I-539, USCIS will notify you about when and where to go for biometrics services.” I find myself strangely scratching my head, can anyone assist me with this--My application is for an F2 COS to H-4. Many thanks in advance!
