Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION DEADLINE POLICY
Effective immediately, all dinner meeting and other event registrations must be completed 3 business days before the event. For example, for a Wednesday dinner meeting, registrations must be completed by the preceding Friday at 6:00 pm. Registration through our AILA DC Chapter web site will close 3 business days before the event. Late registration may be possible, at an increased fee, per the policy listed below.

LATE REGISTRATION POLICY
Members who wish to register late may do so, space permitting. Members who need to complete their registration within 3 business days of a dinner meeting must contact our Dinner Meeting Chair directly at dinnerchair@ailadc.org. For other event cancellations, members need to contact treasurer@ailadc.org. Note that members who register late will be charged a $10 fee above the normal cost of that event. For example, if the member cost for the dinner meeting is $40, a late registrant will be charged $50. Payment will be required at the time of late registration by credit card only.

ON SITE REGISTRATION POLICY
Members are encouraged to register on time, and through the web site. For those members who attend a dinner meeting or other event without registering, we will make every effort to accommodate on site registration, but no guarantees can be made that space will be available. Note that members who register on site will be charged a $20 fee above the normal cost of that event. For example, if the member cost for the dinner meeting is $40, a late registrant will be charged $60. Payment will be required at the time of on site registration by credit card only.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING KOSHER AND VEGETARIAN MEALS
Because vegetarian and kosher meals are ordered through an outside vendor, those members who wish to register for a vegetarian/kosher meal must do so at least 5 business days before a dinner meeting or other event. For example, for a Wednesday dinner meeting, registrations must be completed by the preceding Wednesday at 6:00 pm. No exceptions to this policy can be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Those members who have registered for a dinner meeting or other event and wish to cancel their registration for a full refund must do so 3 business days before the event. For example, for a Wednesday dinner meeting, cancellations must be received by the preceding Friday at 6:00 pm. Any cancellations made after that time will not be refunded.
